Status Conditions
There are a total of 7 status conditions that are renowned as 'bad' you can achieve in BoF1. All of them can be cured with a certain item found throughout the world. Some status conditions affect you even outside of battle, while others disappear after the battle has ended. You need to be aware of these, for they can hurt you in certain situations or leave you wondering why something is happening, and etc. Listed below are all of the status conditions, how you can cure them, and a brief description. Be aware that ALL status conditions are healed upon resting at an inn, or having your party annihilated during battle (which isn't the smartest thing to do).
Condition: Poison
Cause: Poison Attack
Effect: Lose HP in battle and 1HP per step outside of battle
How to Heal: Antdt, Antler, WtrJr', Trout, Vitamn, 'Heal' Spell
Auto Attack When Cured: No

Condition: Zombie
Cause: Rot Attack
Effect: Lowers Def. and Off. Dramatically during the day. During the night, affected character's attack rises dramatically; defense rises a little.
How to Heal: T. Drop, WtrJr', 'Heal' Spell
Auto Attack When Cured: No
|
Condition: Paralyzed/Asleep
Cause: Paralyze Attack
Effect: Character can't act for a certain amount of rounds
How to Heal: 'Heal' Spell, WtrJr', Wait until it wears off
Auto Attack When Cured: Yes

Condition: Cursed
Cause: Curse Attack
Effect: Character's FATE (luck) drops to 1
How to Heal: Charm, WtrJr', 'Heal' Spell
Auto Attack When Cured: No

Condition: Silenced
Cause: Silence Attack
Effect: Character is unable to cast spells
How to Heal: 'Heal' Spell, WtrJr', Wait until it wears off
Auto Attack When Cured: No
|
Condition: Exhausted
Cause: HP drops to 1/4
Effect: Character's HP is below 1/4 of its MAX
How to Heal: Any HP Recovering Item/Spell
Auto Attack When Cured: No
|
Condition: Stunned/Unconcious
Cause: 'Rub Spell', HP drops to 0
Effect: Character cannot act and lies dormant
How to Heal: Life1/2, M. Drop, Renew/X, WtrJr'
Auto Attack When Cured: Yes
