Bleu's attack magic eventually turns out to be invaluable. All of her advanced spells can be learned quickly thanks to her fast level up speed. Secondly, most of her spells hit ALL the enemies in battle, which is usually a plus if you want to finish off your opponents quickly. Bleu has a ton of AP, so you don't have to worry about running out of firepower to attack your opponents during battle. She should be able to cast her spells pretty quickly because of her moderate speed. If you combine Nina's healing, Karn's fusions, Ryu's transformations, and Bleu's attack magic, you have one powerful and almost unstoppable team.
