With Mogu in the party, you can now access the dragon-marked dirt areas located in the world. There are two locations available: northwest of Tantar, you can obtain a L. Ptn, V. Ptn, Clog, and an A. Ptn; north of the area where Nanai used to be, you can pick up Karn's third fusion spell, Doof. This simulation combines Karn with Bo and Ox into a 'supposedly' strong character (he seems to do the same damage as Shin for me). Doof can push the heaviest of objects out of the way. Two places where you really need him are Bleak and Gust.

In the flutemaker's house, have Doof push the big crate by the sink and search the area to obtain the powerful, yet light, EarthRB; who you want to equip it on is your decision. Make sure to travel to Bleak next, for there is something important you must get for Karn.

Enter the house with the con woman dancing in front. Have Doof push the big crate inside by the doorway. Downstairs, make your way to the stack of crates you see, and search under it (after pushing it up, of course) to obtain the ClearCL; it is a powerful piece of armor for Nina and Bleu. Back upstairs, move the crate north of the staircase, heading downstairs. In the next area you drop into, have Karn revert back to his former self, and talk to the old man. He will teach Karn his last spell of simulation, Puka. This fusion combines Karn with Gobi, Ox, and Bo into one powerful little creature. Unlike the previous warriors, Puka has two different attacks. Remember those dragon stone emblems you saw on the world map earlier? Puka has the ability to open those doors!
A Powerful New Ally
It is very unlikely you'll ever substitute another character for Puka during battle; he is very strong. With his ability on the world map, you can access some more areas. North of Auria, open the plate with the dragon emblem and enter the cave to obtain the DarkBR, a useful Etc. item for Karn. Southeast of Gust, by the shore, you can get the LoveBR inside the sealed cave. The long list of side events has come to an end, for now. It is time for you to head to Spring and continue along in your journey.
